At night Aang asked Zuko about his cousin and Zuko told him what kind of person he was and how he looked up to him.

Aang: Zuko?
Zuko: Yes
Aang: How did your cousin look like?
Zuko: How do you know about him?
Aang: Well the twins and I found an old picture which he was on and they told me that he was your cousin and he is dead now. And it made me interesting on him so that's why.
Zuko: Well my cousin was one of the best firebender who also was a great strategical, but he was very funny and childish when he was with me. He was the one who offered me to try the sword fighting because I had some problems with the firebending, but he also tried his best to help with it. When I was sad he always sit down next to me and tried to cheer me up, I never felt sad when he was with me, because he didn't let that happen. I always thought him as a big brother who I can look up, because he was only person with my mom and uncle who believed in me when no-one did and that's why I looked up to him and I wanted to be like him.
But he had to go to fight beside with his father and I never saw him again, I wasn't much younger than you when he is gone, but I never forgot him.
Aang: And how did you look like?
Zuko: I think I was just like you.
