Awesome piece! Love the colouring - the green of her eyes goes so well with her red hair.
I think, for the record, her breasts are fine - I wouldn't have said that they were too big. Her hand is okay, too; I think you're seeing the faults because you drew the piece. My only critique would be that the nose line could have been thinner - otherwise, it's a great piece of artwork.
