Base of the picture ''Out Of The Way'' roiuky.deviantart.com/art/out-β¦ by Roiuky which I redid as ''She's Off Limits'' cat-orb.deviantart.com/art/Sheβ¦Foal01 requested for a 'paint friendly" version. so it now has a background and I had to loose the shadow. hopefully this will do

For some reason, it's saying it's 'MS Paint Friendly', but when I try to color it in, it never works. Why does it do that?? is there something I need to do in able to color it??

Ehm, This was made and 'paint friendly' before the whole MS paint revamp.
It might be that the new paint program has issues with it? idk
I'll mess around with it myself to see if I have any issues with it!

Um..I cant use this base...I downloaded it and put it in MS PAINT. But I can't use it!

I know how to fix that, When you save it, Save it as "All Files" then you put at the end of the name ".png" and then open it up in MS PAINT and it should be fixed.

that's bc it has to be a PNG file, PNG files are clean. Since it's JPEG it's got all those "blotchy" stuff over it

You can still use the shadow if you want but you just have to use like a tool for the shadow like alot of other people do :3
