Description
I created this work in 2015 after a long hiatus from painting. I can now look at it and see some of the flaws in anatomy and perspective, and I cringe a little. At the same time, I'm very fond of it because it was a new beginning for my art practice and I like to use it as a benchmark for growth.

It's based on the story of "The Little Mermaid"; when the Prince marries another, she turns into sea foam. I used acrylic on a basswood board, it's 12"x12".
