Description
As the title says, here's a colored version of this sketch. I contemplated making his dress and/or cape sparkle, but ultimately decided to put snowflake designs on his cape. The snowflake designs came out bigger than I wanted, but the result still looks okay. Because Ian has blue skin, I had a feeling that icy blue colors might look too similar to his skin color, but thankfully, I found a color scheme that seems to work well enough. (Ian Lightfoot belongs to Disney/Pixar.)
