He would turn human again, nut that doesn't mean he will change.

Funny you should call him 'Alexander'. He voiced a character named "Prince Alexander" in a computer game called "King's Quest VI: Heir Today, Gone Tomorrow". They even had a little Beauty and the Beast segment in KQ6 and he voiced the beast as well...however the beast/prince in that one wasn't very handsome of cuddly-looking like the Disney one.

Oh, you mean Robby Benson? I didn't know that! Thanks for the info.

Yeah I should've said his name. Yeah Robby Benson is a class act. He kind of looks like Prince Alexander too, sorry if I sound too dorky.

his name is adam, it says so on the bonus features on the dvd

kuabci In reply to Hobbit-Babe [2014-03-14 17:56:35 +0000 UTC]
It does NOT say that on the bonus features on the DVD.Β Nowhere on any official Disney release have they used this name, not in movies, theater productions, theme parks, merchandise, video games or books.Β Disney has actually officially stated that not only does he not have a name, but that it's NOT Adam.
I've never heard Alexander, but I prefer it to Adam, it at least sounds a little more French.Β Still, it's not really for us to assign attributes and names to characters that don't belong to us, right?
(And yes, I know these comments are several years old, but it's still worth pointing out for people like me who join the conversation late. )

It does? I've had some friends say that his name was Adam, because someone mentioned it in one or another book about Disney. So another friend of mine bought that book hat was supposed to have his name, read it from beginning to end, but didn't find the name on there. But if it's on the DVD, it makes a bit more sense. Haha. XD
Still. I don't like the name Adam. Lol. It's so... Soft. And too biblical. I prefer... Alexander! -rroaaar-
Atleast that name has a roar to it! See?

Haha! Thanks. I made me a brush for that background... Didn't save the brush though... That's a way to keep every drawing a bit "unique" I suppose... Still... I think I should have!! Darnit. XD Now I lost me a perfectly fine brush! Haha.

I can never ever make it in the exact same way again. I just usually do some random things which I know will get an effect "sort of like that". But exactly? Nope. Afraid not.

Lol! Were you upset at the transformation scene too? ^^
"NO!! NOOOOO!!! THE PETAL HAD FALLEN! BELLE WAS TOO LATE! DONT LET HIM TURN BACK INTO... ARGH DARNIT YOU'RE DOING IT ANYWAYS! DARN YOU DISNEY!!!"
...
But okay, yeah. Lol. I prefer Beast too, really. Anyways, I got 3 "Beasts" in the rest of my gallery, perhaps you'll find that more to your liking?

I know. The human version is just... too much of a pretty boy. It's so disappointing.

I absolutely loved him as a Beast. It's so hard to see the same "person" in the prince. I can't put my finger on it. The eyes are the same, yes... But that's it really... *sighs* But a wonderful movie none the less! I'd just have let it end differently! XD

Yeah I'm in the same boat. It's my favorite classic disney. That and Little Mermaid. But I really wish he'd stayed a beast.

Yeah, true. *nods*
I'm not fond of Little Mermaid. I prefer 90's Disney movies. And Emperor's New Groove is so funny too. And I love Pocahontas, Mulan, Hunchback too... Just great movies!

Yeah everybody loves the Beast! (Well, I do! Lol.) I think film-prince is cute too... But in the few shots he appears... (like... five shots) He looks a bit different every time. Love the first shot in which he appears and dramatically turns around. And the second one where he holds Belle's hand and they kiss and stuff... Then there's a bad shot of him reuniting with his household objects/servants/whatever and then the ballroom-closeup is okay too. But yeah... Whatever. XD Lol.
