The final concept art of Werner .Based on the physicist of the same name, Werner is one of the scientists to learn the atomic theory, and he decided to create the bomb before Oppenheimer did. In this series, he was part of Pseudo-EX Confirmed Spirits, an organization featuring one of the successful scientists.
His final concept is based on Chuckie concept art ,a scrapped character of TDC series .
