12 Animals of the Zodiac (name still pending) is my personal joy and my baby. It seemed like FOREVER before I finally got down each character to the personality I had in my head and I'm very pleased with the results. Weee! You may have seen some characters already in my gallery but this is the full cast. It should be fairly easy guessing who represents what animal. I'm so happy with this piece ^__^ I really bussed my brain trying to make each person look different without relying on hair style/color. I had originally planned for Zodiacs to be B&W so their color was tricky. Anyways, I love them! *hugs Shu Ling and Lung... OTP!*From top to bottom:
Rat (Girl in red outfit), Ox, Tiger,
Rabbit (Pink hair!), Dragon, Snake,
Horse, Goat, Monkey,
Chicken, Dog, Boar

Whoa...how have I not looked at this before? These characters looks truly awesome. I love how you've managed to subtly convey the nature of the different Zodiac animals without making it too obvious. I couldn't actually guess any of them by image alone (well...apart from snake XD), but when I read what each of them were, I was thinking "oh yeaah, I see it now!" Rat in particular I love X3 cute, but still kind of rodent-ey in a way I can't quite explain.
I also like how they're a mixture of ages, from teenagers to old men...you didn't just make them a band of smexy anime teens, and that makes them seem even more distinct.
I know this is an old, ooold picture, but I'd love to see more of these guys
