Hey!! Did you post your sketch on DA? I don't see it in your gallery. I'd love to see Nariko in your style. No pressure or anything...
That cosplay is great btw. She would have made the perfect reference!

Awesome!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the sakura cherry blossoms! Very light and danity. And her position must have been really hard time paint. Ek, I get a headache just trying to do something like that. Beautiful, dear

Thank you! I'm glad you like her and thanks for favin' her too! I wasn't sure I could pull off that kind of pose either, and I did a sketch of her just standing still, but I thought NO - Nariko has to be in action!

I can deffenitly see you gaining allot of skill here, your very good with dynamics Would be intresting to see you using diffrent sources and collors of light. I'm curious how you would pull that off . You could use your boyfriend to pose for you in difrent light sources and poses to make your own refference gives you allot more controle over the whole pose and look(not that this doesn't work, but its a great way to experiment and have fun ). Wonderfull image well done!

Thanks! I know I need to work on light sources. My art always turns out very light. I have used pics of myself before as reference but I've never tried to set up the photo with a light source. Good idea!
