Description
The Splash page of the Wonder Woman Adventure "The Talking Lion!" from Sensation Comics #17. (1943) As near as I can tell Wonder Woman breaks up a Nazi Spy ring in Cairo, by tracking messages sent from Cape Cod to a radio receiver inside Princess Yasmini's lions. The Princess refuses to betray the rest of the spy ring, however and commits suicide. I don't think Wonder Woman ever rides the lion, but the Splash Page was so fanciful, I had to recreate it.Also a special gift for my two favorite Wonder Women... and
