Because I didn't want to call this "TOP PERCENTAGE" like every other Youngster Joey/Rattata pic out there.THIS IS WHY I DON'T DRAW HUMANS, GUYS. D: They suck and are totally awful and I can draw PokΓ©mon way better.

youngster joey is cool. he should be in every region
you know i think pokemon should make a game where you can get people to travel with you. you know like npc trainers that you battle during your journey. i would definitely pick joey.
they should also bring back secret bases !above ground! (but still keep the underground ones) joey is in unova

But then, what would the NPCs do? Battle with you? In that case, there should also be an option to turn it off, or else every battle becomes a double battle like in Colosseum and XD...

Yeah... I think my main problem is I'm drawing them as if they were Monferno (which is the thing I draw most) with slightly different facial structure and the placement of things is getting wonky because of that.
