Description This is another shot from the last day of my Scotland trip. This brown stuff on the plate is Haggis. Yes, it is traditionally served in the stomach of a sheep, no it is not served traditionally. I would described it as heavily spiced, minced meat and vegetables. It isn't actually all that bad all things considering. I did pick up a taste for carbonated lemonade in Scotland

It is actually quite flavorful, provided one is not a vegetarian. Apparently you can get vegetarian haggis, but I have no clue how that works...

It is minced meat and vegetables, the other things (orange and white) are neeps (rutabaga) and tatties (potatoe)
