Your picture is a bit skewed, but is not a problem of the drawing, but is the photo. It would be better if you scan your drawing, and, if you haven't a scanner, you can take photo trying to center the drawing to avoid deformations.
From what I can see, when you copy you pay close attention to both positive and negative spaces, in fact the drawing looks very close to the original picture, both the whole pictures and the smallest details. I think a copy should look this way. More you're precise, more you develop observation skills.
The problem is lack of understanding of volumes. You drew lines the way you see in the original picture, but you don't try to imagine what you draw as 3d shapes, in fact the drawing is flat.
Is normal, at the start is difficult to find the basic shapes in a picture, it takes a loot of time. My suggestion is draw every day and keep using references (from photos, not from anime). Also the study of perspective is helpful.
I think trying to learn to draw skeleton and muscles from memory may help, but I don't know when this kind of study becomes useful, since I started these studies just this year. And i started to draw seriously 6 years ago.
