aaaa i made this baby for the NPC contest !!Chi is a japanese-based character who films and documents the streets looking for a new story. He also loves to give information to anyone and everyone in need of it. Since he is a bit of a fem-boy, he loves to look cute for the camera with his little camera buddy Cho! He’s a good pure boy !! Even if i don’t win, i’ll still love him !
