Description Rusovce, Bratislava Region, Slovakia - remains of ancient Roman military camp built in the II AD. Gerulata fort was a part of the frontier defence system of the Roman province of Pannonia. The fort was abandoned in the IV AD, when Roman's legions withdrew from Pannonia.
