Description I saw a version of this sitting in Stash. I forgot all about it D: I was pretty proud of it though. I managed to make a pixel icon with a legit outline

I think it looks nicer in Download view. Critiques allowed for the heck of it = D I would like some input on that if anyone has any; these things are tricky to draw on such a limited scale.

Rook face!

I think it turned out good, I really like the colors. The only thing I can say is on the back, the way the hair spikes has a flat look to it, the way it levels off. Makes them look a little odd.

His face is composed of very few pixels and yet I still get the idea that he's glaring disapprovingly

Thanks Oh yeah, I see what you mean. Maybe if I mess with it a bit more I can get that to look a bit more natural while keeping the unkempt fur look.
