Excellent! I dont comment very often, but i only comment on awesome pieces.
There are at least two great things about this, that i cant say right off the bat.
The color in the background, the blend and the selection of colors is awesome.
I also admire the contour of the tattoo's. Its quite difficult to draw tattoo's and many who try, fail!
Youve done a good job, the right elbow, and left underarm tattoos have just enough shape to them to allow one to visualize a 3dimensional female, instead of 2d.
This is great, keep up the work.

Dazzler isn't Jubilee. And the reason she looks so different is because this is the Dazzler from Ultimate X Men. Trust me, she's cool. And, in my opinion, MUCH better than her regular Marvel Universe version. Nice pic, Candra. You've really got a skill with drawing these characters.
