I like this - great to see my favourite watercolour being used to good effect in your abstract studies. Watery and textural effects are direct. You have a good feel for the spontaneous effects of the medium.

Being one for bold loud colors, have not really understood your new series with it's soft pastels & little people moving though out but with this was there was an instant connection. On first view, I immediately thought of "The Winchester Mystery House". A rich widowed lady Sara Winchester thought evil spirits would kill her if she completed her house, so she kept up construction for many years. There were stairs that went no where etc...I see " People exploring the Winchester house" in this piece.

Very interesting watercolour effect: the rectangular forms seem to be full of water and cold colour like heavy rainy clouds just before raining or large thin bags with colour liquid just before cracking. It makes specific feeling tension, like for example hearing deep dark soft bass sound.
