It's midway in the new week of 2017 and I have something fun to post...rainbow skulls baby! πππ This painting is about my views on mortality but I want to channel it into a positive and beautiful image ππSince it's #wipwednesday I wanted to explain how I paint skin tones. I use very thin layers of lights and darks and slowly build up the shadows and highlights. ππ¨I am using Holbein duo oils with Golden Acrylic Glazing medium to create these thin layers. β¨Hope you like it so far. π and if you want to learn more check out my book π Pop Painting ππ
