Description Anathomr

The sun’s rays shadow my countenance
The moon’s beams shine on me
Whether half full or half empty
You are my completing
My heart turns sallow
My skin as pale as death
A zombie, living death
That is what I’ve become
Thought I use the blade of correction
And cut out my evil and ugly
I would be left full of scars
You’d never accept as beauty
Apologies for being quite a parasite
When entering the state of slumber
I call for you in the late of night
That your spirit would find a way
To connect in depth with mine
But I have sunken to the void
You’ll never find me now
It’s too late

That stuff happens in life, part of growing up. It got me thinking, great poetry Laura

There is the word anathema.
It is something you want to stay away from.

Yes, I knew that. When writing this, I couldn't summon a title from the poem itself. So, anathomr came to mind and is what it is now. Maybe in subconsiousness I was thinking anathema...
