I'm at the point where I feel like I've already read all fantasy YA novels that could possibly catch my interest and manage to hold it for more than five chapters. After trying a few books that ranged from mediocre to downright boring I decided to go back to basics and re-read Throne of Glass series - and subsequently draw some fanart, because I loved it even more than the first time.

So, of course it had to be Nehemia!
(This portrait was loosely based on 90's Lauryn Hill, because that will forever be my fancast.)

I'm actually thinking about turning this into a mini series of "POC - Princesses of Color", featuring some more badass ladies, because I feel like I've drawn enough white people to last me a long time.
