Description
The years have worn on this young wolf, her body and mind hardened from three long years of constant travel, loss and pain. But upon arriving in a new, currently frozen land, hope is sparked among the pack as their Alpha, Arch Queen Rowena informs them that this is home.

For the first time in months, Aislin feels a burst of almost puppy like energy. Once their mostly settled, she breaks off from the pack and takes off into the snowy lands to see just what is out there. The scents, the places, all of it new, but home. She didn't care if she knew it yet or not, she still felt an elation she wasn't sure she'd ever felt before as she began to climb one of the near by hill sides, snow giving way to slick stone. As she climbed, her breath became a bit ragged but still energy flowed through her limbs and carried her paws up the dangerous turf. She stopped at the top, clouds of air rolling around her muzzle as she panted for a moment. She settled on the bare stone, letting her eyes drift across the land scape for a few moments.

She had to admit, it was breath taking to see. Snow sparkled, trees swayed in the wind and birds would take flight on occasion. She smiled, feeling a calm warmth spread over her despite the cold creep of the air.

She finally had a place to call home.
