Hes kinda like a Deadpool, can regenerate himself from a single cell. Been alive since the civil war. Very hard to kill, insanely good with any kind of weapon. Part of a secret orginization to keep people like himself unknown to the general public.

Yeah, hes the antagonist to a character that can reverse everything basically. Kinda doesnt know what hes doing and runs for his life most of the time lol hes called the catalyst by those who wish to capture and use him. Theres many others, including a guy that can badically become a mini nuke and another that can harden himself with any element he touches.
