Design explanation: Primarina base. Mantine antennae + wings that connect from the head + gills + tail fin + colours. Shell necklace is an optional accessory.

- Personality: Worshipped amongst deep ocean creatures as a goddess who brings fortune, Punga was summoned using a sacred whistle that she now wears around her neck. While she doesn't have godlike powers, she does have a warm, optimistic personality and boundless kindness that brightens up even the darkest depths. Named after a Maori mythological figure that's mean to be the ancestor of "all ugly creatures" (sharks, rays, lizards) but of course she thinks everyone is born beautiful from the bottom of her heart.
