it's a pity I didn't manage to draw Clone Gin in ( ;ω; )
Finished this last month actually.... coz I know I won't have time to draw from this month onwards...

oh which one u talking abt? if it's the white ones then it's using a brush with its blending mode set as "screen“.
if it's the red one, then you go filter>render>Lens Flare
