C-Puff — Space Practice

Description My final film has to do with space and stars and stuff. I want to paint the background by hand and not rely on stock images. To do this I need to learn how to draw pretty space scenes.

This was a practice image and my first attempt. Whaddya think?

This is truely beautiful and capturing...
Really enchanting and perfect way of drawingspace..I mean all those beautiful colours when you see those "space-clouds" (I'm not familiar with the English term here)...
So I really love this picture!

XDD I think the word is 'Nebula' but I don't know if the clouds themselves have any special name or not. Thank you very much! Especially since this was my first time I was doing a picture like this

Ooooh, pretty! I realize that's not an in-depth critique like you asked but it's true. I'm not very good at this but I will say, it reminded me of being underwater and swimming up towards the sun. Kinda like something from "The Little Mermaid." That's probably not very helpful but again, it is very beautiful - great job!

Actually that's a very VERY high compliment since the Little Mermaid is my top favourite movie of all time because of its ambiance! That, and I am absolutely obsessed with the ocean and the emotion associated to it so thank you very very much~!
