Aww he looks so cute it's a lovely illustration....love the way you used the different shaded blues for his body....and the reflections in his eyes look really good...the composition is nice also....good work....the one thing I would say is the little baby dragon has his face slightly hidden by the egg she'll I think it would look better if you could see his eyes a little more.....overall though very good
