Here it is. The glasses and the camera are mounted on a gimbal. There's a hole in the sides and the top of the glasses are not open. The gimbal is spun or stopped and the liquid comes sluicing out. Single strobe behind and bam, there you go.

I'm probably nowhere close.

Really cool image man... I've done a lot of high speed stuff and I have to say it's impressive!

Couple questions:

How did you keep the liquid from coming out the holes in the glass before you clicked the shutter? Doesn't look like the liquid was dropped in (no drop trail).

How in the heck did you get both tongues to be so symmetrical and both have that lip in the front of them.

What did you use to cut the glass? The front one has such a small lip on it. I've tried cutting that close with diamond tips but the glass can't take it and cracks.
