ive been watching The Last Unicorn...so i thought id whip up some fanart of schmendrick and the drunk skeleton..heheim working on a coloured verson of this, but im not quite happy with it....ill post something up hopefully soon...

XD I always loved the skeleton. He was a great character; I always wanted to make a character like that, a mentioning of the char would me "I don't know if we can talk to him, he's dead, and a drunk." XD
Not bad work, he seems a little contorted, but hey he's a drunk, it would look weird if he was standing upright.
On a related topic, ever thought about them doing a live action version of this old cartoon? Come on with today's special and digital effects it would be epic. The Skeleton, the Bull, and the Harpy, they'd all be bitchen!

Its a few years old now - I think I may try to do a better peice of fanart for my fave film once I get a shot..
And YESSS!!! I have thought about them doing a remake of the film with CG and it would be awesome. Unfortunately I doubt it will ever happen. just like Return to OZ, many people haven't seen the film or don't remember it. its a pity tho - I would go and see "the last unicorn" before I ever pay to go see "where the wild things are" !
