So this is the latest thing that I've gotten addicted too, or rather this is based off of it.

I got drawn into Axis Powers Hetalia and after looking at some of the communities on Livejournal, I decided to design my own states-tan. So here is 1 of two. I designed the Carolinas.

This is Samantha Carol, more commonly known as Sam. She's a wild child having done everything from being a field hand in her colonization of cotton plantations to being a Southern Belle. She was a general in the Civil War due to her being the original person to declare war on Alfred and the Northern States, and she even cut her hair to fit the role. She's also been a moonshiner and a flapper.
