doodling with ballpoint penIn my country, the law is strict with wearing a helmet when riding motorcycle for adults but not for little children. I find that's just weird when seeing everyone's wearing helmet for safety, and will definatly be charged if being caught, and their little children, sitting at the back or even the front on a motorcycle without a helmet, nobody cares. Safety where?
