The rails in the background are sort of distracting, but in honest opinion sort of add a balance in the picture. (That's just what I think.)
The snow looks so powdery! And flaky! And the darkness of the man, contrasting against the snow is nice, gives it depth.
The title suits this wonderful shot, because as the man in it contemplates the statue, I contemplate the art that this picture captured.
