This is amazing! Everything! I LOVE how you used his cape and made it look like flames; it gives it such an eerie and sinister look which actually makes this piece so incredibly spooky. The colour-choice of the background really helps with this whole 'inferno'-look and it also makes his eye pop, making him even more creepy. Just fantastic. Ratigan himself is AMAZING! Truly truly amazing! I love the perspective with his hands; well done.
His grin is creepy as fuck, again, and I love it to pieces. Goodness grace this is a work of wonders!
