a dark room with one lamp towards the head and then with a tele-lense focused and zoomed on the eye ?

Oh my... this has to be one of the most amazing shots that I have ever seen, I really like this -a lot-... Then again, I am a huge eye fan as well, but this is amazing. ^.^ I bet you get a Daily Deviation on this, and if you don't I will spazz! o.o;;
