haha, also this piece is great with the grey tones and the colors combined! Especially awesome is the atmosphere which goes from happy and enlighting until sad and depressing (the grey tones) ..the slightly weaker contrsst in the back adds to the atmosphere and the white framing brings out the photo very nicely!

ah... this is amazing. I love how you chose to do partial colouring. the lighting, the angle, the detail, the subject, the quote that ties it all together...what really can I say? Thoreau is wonderful, and this picture does him justice.

Beautiful work man. Very serene and simple...yet powerful. I like what you did with the colors...you made a great separating line here. The blurred sky and tombstones also works well...they're still a center of focus, but not distractingly so. Nice quote too.
