Description
For 's competition.The Quilubble is the result of an accidental mutation when a group of Quilavas entered a time vortex and swimming pool at the same time. This caused their fire powers to be replaced with water, and a stream of bubbles emerging through their skin where their red spots/fire was. The Quilubbles emerged from the portal in the Cartoonatics world and have since multiplied and spread. They are very friendly towards the other residents of the planet, sharing food with them, playing with them, even helping look after their young. They, like Quilavas, are very loyal, and have few fears. Unlike Quilavas, however, they seem to be scared of electricity rather than water, and in fact love getting wet. They also seem to be more playful than the average Quilava, but not as good at serious things (like Littlequil :3).

I'm not really that impressed to be honest 
I would've liked to have seen something like walking with pokemon in 3D or multiple save files, not some feature like mega evolutions that just makes more big tough-looking pokemon that will further isolate people like me who like the cute ones. The fairy type is a good move in the right direction, but I'd like to see an agility/nimbleness stat to make it possible to competitively use cute pokemon like Quilava or Umbreon.

OH ME TOO I would love multisave files and you can exchange pokemon between them like the starters. Lol why do they have to have a special name why can't they just have a 4 evo? lol I understand but don't worry my friend if you haven't really noticed (well its only noticable in the first evolutions) But Pokemon's artstyle is the Japanese "Kawaii" style. It is! I like how you can customize your character finally. Oh trust me You can Use Quilava competitively but it'll only take you so far but Umbreon that thing is a beast Tank have you seen its max Spec Def and Def? Its the most Defensive dark type in the game and giving it Substitute and Confuse Ray Is a godly staregty (im sorry I cant spell today) plus teaching is curse I mean umbreon is really slow anyway so it wont affect it that much. But I pissed so many friends off with those moves XD

Well right now, even though multiple pokedex references indicate Quilava's agility is its main asset, there is no agility stat. Right now you might as well just use Typhlosion, it's got the same stats but better, but an agility stat would allow different gameplay styles for both that are equally effective (and make Umbreon even better, since any attacks it didn't defend against, it would just dodge

Yes I agree or they don't have their own versions? Oh I see so like how good they are at dodging that would be cool but I think a agility stat is something that should be practiced like in some sort of mini game and not dependant on the pokemon that would make most pokemon impossible to defent. Well some quilavas caould be better than a Typlosion depending on its nature and the effort values you train into it (the best nature in my opinion for a cydaquil is Modest) Now what did you mean by the nimple(?) stat? Yeah it would be but one of the weaknesses Umbreon has which is bug forunately isnt very strong I'd say the only pokemon that could 1 Hit OK it is a Serious Natured Hyracross with Close Combat. ( but thats only at its maximum) Yes yes I agree. (Mew is easier to train with and you can make mew a beast with all its base stats being 100) Mhm I see your point like in the Anime where people just have invicable zubats

Agility and Nimbleness are the same thing, but it might have to be called Nimbleness for coding reasons because Agility is already a move. And no it wouldn't make you undefeatable because it's still turn and stat based.Β fav.me/d5qmeq3
So imagine if Umbreon dodged a potential 1HKO. (Other trainer: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU) XD Unfortunately though there's still the next turn to get through
Quilava of course would have the highest base agility of all pokemon though (not just because I like it, also because it is the only pokemon to officially reference it in the pokedex).

There is evasiveness but it doesn't have a big enough impact on battles. It makes at most about a 10% change. The entire pokemon games work on algebra XD

Not fast, agile. Fast is just how much you can increase your speed running in a line. Agile is being able to jump out of the way of attacks and have split-second reflexes. But you're still right :3

It's more to do with how flexible you are and how quick you reflexes are, but being light also has to do with it, mainly because being heavier would weigh you down.
