Description After seeing *xXTokyoGirlXx s picture of kiki I just had to draw her too.

And of course since I had never seen the movie I had to watch it before I draw the picture. Which really helped.

Awwwww very sweet~ your take on her goes beyond Miyazaki Hayao's version with a charming and softened characterization amidst a sense of gentle grace. (His art-style is more streamlined with touches of realism, nice in own right though~) Her wind-blown outfit here is dynamically elegant in movement, with flowing sweeps of folds; the gentle peek of her ruffled pants is a whimsical touch. Although I think her black cat and "prop-like" stars are a bit too stylized still it fits perfectly with the overall cheerful atmosphere and vigour. Great job!
