Description
In the early days of XOF, it was a covert support group lead by Skull Face to gather info and give support to FOX operatives. During 1964, XOF provided intel on both the Virtuous Mission and Operation Snake Eater for Naked Snake. To keep both missions as covert as possible, they acted as Snake's cleanup team, removing anything, ranging from bullet casings to bodies and destroyed objects to keep suspicion of infiltrators away.
After sometime after 1964, the group became the strike force directly commanded by Cipher.
