Now that I actually think there's some weight behind the idea of Affleck leaving (I maintain that until recently, it was a lot of hot air), I can say that if he does, Jon Hamm's definitely the best choice to take over.
Regarding the costume, I'm cool with short ears or ears that are a bit longer (but most definitely not too long), so if they kept the ears as short as they are on Affleck's suit, I'd be okay with that. I definitely want the Batsymbol changed, though. I hate the Frank Miller batsymbol. Something like the Arkhamverse would be best. I'd also change the suit to look more like the suit from Arkham Origins. That paid tribute to the trunks without actually having the trunks, which only really work in comics, animation or a less-serious capacity (like the 60s show).

He's the best candidate after Affleck, should the latter depart. But l want the same aesthetics of Affleck's suit and cowl to stay. No dumb long ears. l'd welcome seeing the cape covering his arms once or twice though.

I'll take Jon Hamm as Batman any day over Jake "Duck Face" Gyllenhaal. I still don't want Affleck to leave, though. Besides, Jon has some chemistry with Gal Gadot (Keeping Up With the Joneses) so I can see his Batman having a romantic relationship with Wonder Woman.
