Alice14 enjoyed her visit to Wonderland through the looking-glass, but didn't like having to go there barefooted! Now by experimentation, she has discovered that as long as she isn't actually WEARING her shoes and socks, they will pass through the looking-glass unscathed. Taking them off, she passes through to Wonderland, and once safely there, she sits down on the soft, cool grass and dons her pretty maroon knee socks and her shiny black patent leather shoes again. Little Alice8, her younger self, is there to witness this. She is not so keen on wearing shoes and socks in Wonderland, and frankly, is astonished at what a dweeb her future self is!
