He's a distant cousin of Mina Ashido, that's where he got the pink skin gene. He was given a few quirks in a lab so he's basically a Nomu. And he's a WHORE!
His quirks work like this:
Kiiro has a few given quirks, all working together like a pink cocktail. Whenever he's given a target, he will go to their location, get as close as possible and lick them. His saliva contains very strong toxins that make the target obsessed with him. He will then kiss the target on the mouth and then disappear. When he's in hiding, the toxins still present in the target's blood stream will make the target love-sick for him, want him, need him, basically alter the mind of the target to put himself at the very forefront of their thoughts to the point that they go crazy. When enough time has passed Kiiro will re-appear and ask the target if they want to have intercourse with him. 99% of the time the target will say yes because of the toxins, and they will immediately have some form of sex, right there on the pavement. Which hole doesn't matter, all that matters if his dick is involved, more specifically his sperm. You see it is very corrosive, hot and toxic, and it will quickly eat at any organic part of the body, and the corrosion will not stop until there's nothing left to erode. That is how he kills his targets, last thing his targets see is his face. What a horrible way to die.
