I finally figured out that it's actually a good idea to read instructions for things! Gimp Paint Studio is indeed awesome.And this mess of blue is the result of my frequent browsing of deviantART two or three years ago and me attempting to redraw what I was inspired to draw back then.

Though in hindsight, Dialga's colors make my eyes hurt. Darker shade of BSOD, I guess.
