Hello Bri. I have purchased your magical pen brush awhile ago, but recently it has been acting kind of strange for me. Instead of the end of the brush being kind of "sharp" like most brush pens, the end of the brush has been round instead of sharp. I set the brush pen back to presets but it did not help. I also tried to look under the brush settings to see if something I could do to fix it, but I don't think I found anything. However, I don't know a lot about brush settings, just a bit. If you know of any way I could fix it or any advice that you have to set it back to the way it originally was when I purchased it, please let me know. It would be extremely helpful, as it is the only brush I really like to use. I'm really scared that I won't be able to fix it, it has been perfect for me and I love the magical brush pen to death.
