316 was activated after lilo's skateboard gets stuck in a patio umbrella which knocks the pod into a fountain.

It was stuck in a patio umbrella. For some reason, it was there this whole time and it never activated, unless some kid thought it was a ball they lost.

Ok Bricerific43 I need some help please. Since there were four Lilo and Stitch crossover episodes.(the Morpholomew episode being one of them by having American Dragon Jake Long characters as Special Guest.) Do you know any Disney Show that would make a perfect Lilo and Stitch crossover episode by using it's characters as Special Guest? (Note: It has to be a Disney Show that isn't based on a Disney Movie and isn't one of those Mickey Mouse Spin Offs.)

Ok then Phineas and Ferb it is. If its going to be a crossover episode with Phineas and Ferb. It will most likely be like the part 3 of the Hawaii Vacation episode of Phineas and Ferb, and the experiment for the Phineas and Ferb crossover episode will be Carmen (123).

Great! For the plot of the Carmen episode. It should be Lilo, Stitch, Phineas, and Ferb teaming up together to stop experiment 123 (who would later be named Carmen near the end of the episode) before everyone in Hawaii becomes party dancers.
