This is another fanart of Cerebella from Skullgirls, this time I drew her NOT wearing her living hat Vice-Versa.Vice-Versa looks like a pretty cute lil hat when he's not being worn, and Cerebella's got a cute small ponytail too :3
Its like Vice-Versa is in sleep mode, and once he gets on Cerebella's head, he just grows gigantic and scary lookin XD
