First thing first the photo is way to blurry but that can be easily fixed by taking a still photo. Next you need to work a bit more on anatomy especially with the hands (I totally get it hands are tough) I would recommend studying hand anatomy/placement (www.deviantart.com/magistellus… www.deviantart.com/twilightsdo… ) right now your off to a good start, but if you don't aim for improvement you'll start to develop bad habits that could potentially hold you back, and I don't want that to happen. The neck is a little short and you may want to dabble into some hair study as well. Now the background and dress I can tell that you colored in straight lines and you can see the overlapping sections, to avoided the overlaps you can color in a more circular pattern.

Coloring is good. Could have pressed harder on the pencil, but it's fine.
Line art looks just a little scratchy though. Keep working on it!😊

What I like: One of the main things I really like is your style! The simplification in this piece looks good, and everything in the realm of simplicity is consistent! Furthermore, I do like how you changed the drawing from a bust to a full body, the outfit comes together a lot because of this! Also, the strands of the hair being drawn in chunks shows some skills! It looks a lot better than if you were to do individual strands. Plus the character is very cute
What I think could be improved: One of the main things I think could be improved is the picture quality. The picture looks rather blurry, and taking more shots could really add clarity to the details and overall drawing. Plus, increasing the brightness also adds visibility. Another aspect that could use some improvement is the anatomy. The legs and arms look quite stiff, and using guide lines and basic shapes really helps with adding a smoother form. It also seemed you used pen to line, but make sure you don't use only pen if you think you're going to lose details like you did with the hands.
Overall, I like the piece! It's cute and simple, but once you get more confident with your line-work and anatomy, your art will really shine!
