This all came about because I wanted to do Rokie's ICQ image but needed to plan out a design for the gear he would be wearing ... Now, here we are!
I've also forgotten what I planned for his ICQ and why I needed his gear design for it, so that's great. Back to the drawing board. LOL

Also, I know Rokiir isn't a Spellmaster and hasn't completed his HCT yet, and thus his weapons won't be as heavily detailed or powerful, but I just wanted to "complete" it now rather than go back and edit it a few months from now. /lazy
