Suuuuuper quick ref of Cyan, just because I hate neglecting characters.
I have to look through my list and draw a couple more.

WELL I HAVE A LOT TO SAY.

Lets begin.

You may notice that this pic looks a little different from other things I've drawn, though not that much (I'm easing into it first so as not to just suddenly have a different style.)
I'm trying to get away from the extreme cuteness in my animals, which never really was intentional to start out with. It just kind of got that way over time.
I want my style to be more realistic but still be considered cartoon.
By shrinking eyes and making snouts longer, I want more of a mature look instead of the BABYPUPPYDOGCUTENESS.

Because I think people's artistic style should reflect their personality, and I don't think mine currently does.

I have it pictured in my head exactly what I want. I just need to get it out.

I've wanted to do this for a long time but avoided it so I didn't get on people's nerves. A little over a year ago when I made my huge transition from realism to toons, complete with switching accounts three times (xD), I know I annoyed so many people. At least one person got so furious she dewatched me and we haven't spoken since. xD.

I didn't want to go through that again.
But then I got to thinking...Wait..I'm not gonna let other people control me OVER THE INTERNET LOL. It's not that important, and I can do whatever the hell I wanna do! Those who have that huge of a problem with it can ignore me and my art.

To sum up what I just said, I'm gonna do art for me, for my sake. And not just to please others.

I've always strived to be different in nearly everything I do. I'm gonna try to apply that to my art now.
Because I absoloutely hate blending in.
