Description
One of 6 cards I did last year for the Warhammer Invasion Living Card Game by Fantasy Flight Games.Tight deadline on these babies, so I didnt get to do everything I wanted to with them.
That, combined with the work being from early last year had me hesitant to post these latest 3 additions since ive learned - and changed - a lot of things in my approach and execution.
But I figured why the hell not, it was the best I could do at the time and under the time constraints.

What's your secret to bring out the 3D effect, you have it down in all of your paintings. And you say you do it in Photoshop only? Very cool.. teach me..

Honestly its just making sure your shapes and lighting are accurate and then applying the right blurs and sharpens.

This is really cool. I like the colors you used in this, it feels a bit different from what you usually do. I don't know how else to explain this painting than that it looks "painterly". I actually think there are some improvement in the colors in your recent work!
