takeshi kaneshirois a taiwanese/ japanese actor/model/former singer
who is actually pretty good one at that
you may know him from the japanese movie called the returner
or if you are a video game geek ( like me ) you know him from onimusha as sammosuke
i used graphite

its alittle off but its alright i had funny taking my happy ass time!!lol!!!

I remember seeing him in The Returner and House of Flying Daggers as well as the Onimusha games with Jean Reno.

I was very impressed by your WIPs, thanks for submitting them. They give me an idea of how you do the skin shading. Nice final drawing as well. The angle of his head must've been challenging, but you did all the hard work with the grids.

or warlords!!! i forgot all about flying daggers but returner was the first film of take i saw so that was the first thing that came to mind
yeah i but thats what drawn me to use the ref its much more fun when its a challenge . im glad ive helped with the wips i still post them but i try to not post too many .. yea i learned the hard way if the grid or any measurement isnt right the whole universe of the drawing goes out of wack..

And I appreciate you drawing of takeshi Kaneshiro. I first saw him in "Red Cliff", so I got "The Warlords". He's the best and your picture really captured him.

It has been a pleasure to watch this image evolve. You are very talented, and have captured a remarkable likeness. I must admit I had to go google him to be able to compare. Very true to the images I was able to find online.

woah!! You already finished!! I don't remember Samanosuke but it's curious that he appeared on Onimusha. I remember there was 3 or 4 Onimusha games, which one he was in?

Thanks for the info. I never played Onimusha 3 but they said it was pretty good. I read that Street Fighter producer wants to do another Onimusha, I hope he does it

actually onimusha 3 is the best of all three( in my opinon) as the fun part is playing sammosuke in modern times!!.
there also surpose to be an onimusha movie but it have yet to come out

really I haven't heard about that. It doesn't surprise me, Onimusha will make a great movie. I just hope Hollywood won't destroy it like they did with Resisdent Evil. It will be more faithful if the japanese did it
